About Kiama Cacao Kiama
Cacao was established by Lyn Graham, a chocolatier who graduated with honours with a Professional Chocolatier Certificate
from Ecole Chocolat, a Professional School of Chocolate Arts. She completed a Maitre Chocolatier Ecole Chocolat Program
in Vancouver, Canada. Lyn's chocolates are inspired by her many experiences living and travelling around the world. Lyn
has also acquired a Certificate in Quality Assurance from Ecole Chocolat. With her experience as a High School Food &
Technology (Home Economics) teacher, Lyn hopes to educate people in the finer points of eating good quality chocolate.
